Synopsis: "Nirvana in Fire 2" is set fifty years after the events of the first series, during the Northern Liang Dynasty. The story revolves around a young man named Xiao Pingjing, who is the son of the deceased Mei Changsu from the original series. Xiao Pingjing grows up unaware of his father's true identity and his involvement in the past political conflicts.
