Synopsis: Hong Biao and Hong Bao plot to take over a casino, but their plan is exposed by gambling legend Luo Sihai, turning them into sworn enemies. Meanwhile, Tan Sheng is caught cheating, and his sister Tan Xiaotang steps in—sparking a romance between her and Luo Sihai.
